PACKAGES:
Lights Onn Photography offers a wide range of packages designed to suit your requirements and budget.
Clients are encouraged to choose the package that best fits their needs.
PRICING & DISCOUNTS:
(i) We offer the best possible discounts on our high-quality and dedicated work to ensure great value for our clients.
(ii) Pre-wedding or post-wedding shoots are applicable only within one month of the event date.
(ili) As it is a complimentary service, no other deliverables or services can be replaced or exchanged in its place.
(iv) Pre-wedding shoots will be taken only after receiving the advance payment, which is non-refundable.
Candid Photo Shoot: ₹15,000.
Candid Video Shoot: ₹15,000.
PAYMENT TERMS:
(i) A booking amount of ₹5,000 must be paid to block the event date.
(ii) 50% of the total package amount must be paid at least one month before the event as an advance payment.
(iii) The remaining 50% balance must be paid on the day of the event (compulsory).
(iv) Delivery charges for albums, prints, or other deliverables sent through courier to outstation or international locations will be extra and borne by the client.
(v) No discount will be applicable if the client delays payment after the invoice is raised.
In such cases, the invoice will be changed to reflect the full amount without any discount.
PACKAGE DURATION:
(i) 1st Session (Engagement or Reception): Coverage from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
(ii) 2nd Session (Wedding): Coverage from early morning until 3:00 PM (maximum).
(iii) If the event continues beyond the stipulated time, additional charges will be applied on an hourly basis.
ADDITIONAL EVENTS:
Additional charges will apply for functions such as Reception, Family Samberthayam, Nalangu, Mugurtha Kaal, and other related ceremonies not covered in the main package.
TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION & FOOD:
For shoots outside Madurai, the client must arrange and cover transportation, accommodation, and food for the photography and videography team.
ALBUM DESIGN & DELIVERY:
(i) Album design begins after successful photo selection through the Lights Onn App.
(ii) Once the album enters the design queue, the design process will be completed within 7-15 days.
(iii) Clients are allowed up to 3 rounds of corrections. Additional corrections will incur a charge of 775 per sheet.
(iv) Printing will commence only after client confirmation.
(v) The printing process will take an additional 7-15 days after final approval.
(vi) In total, the complete album delivery process takes approximately 1 month from the date of design start.
